Anna Wójcik

Polish Canadian Emerging Soprano



Anna Wojcik is a Polish-Canadian soprano born in Toronto.


She is currently a student in Cawthra Park Secondary School’s vocal program.


Anna started taking singing lessons at the age of nine with Mrs. Kinga Mitrowska.


She has been improving throughout the years by participating in and winning many competitions including the International Festival of Religious Song, the Festival of Polish Song, the Annual Carol Competition, the Young Talents Competition, the CNE Rising Star Competition, and the Talent Nation Rising Star Showcase.


Anna’s classical repertoire consists of songs like Alleluia (Mozart), Je Veux Vivre (Gounod) and Adele’s Laughing Song (Strauss.)


She also sings songs from musicals such as the Phantom of the Opera, the Wizard of Oz, West Side Story as well as other well-known Polish and Italian songs.


Anna performed in various gala concerts one of which was the concert, “Dotyk Milosci” directed by Krzysztof Jedrysik where she sang Una Furtiva Lagrima.


She also performed Aria Smiechu from Die Fledermaus in the “Summer Serenade Concert 2015” in the gardens of the Polish Consulate in Toronto. 


Anna also recently won first place in the American Protégé Competition and will be singing at Carnegie Hall in New York City.


Anna loves being on stage and sharing her passion with the world. She continues to pursue her dreams of becoming a known singer.
